Every living thing on this planet needs water, at least 70% of us are dehydrated. There are a lot of things in this world that are out of our control, especially right now, but hydration is something we can all work on and it can change your life!

Some of the most common signs of dehydration are: headaches, energy issues, weight gain, a weakened immune response, digestive problems, muscle aches, you might get colds and influenza easily, or even experience brain fog.

If you want to build health and a strong immune system you need to focus on hydration every single day because most of our body is water.

You need to be drinking clean, alkaline water, and avoid plastic bottles when possible. This is the bottle I was drinking from: https://amzn.to/2KpxXYi but also avoid that fluoride filled tap water. Might be good for your teeth, but its poison to the rest of your body.

Below is a chart that tells you how much water you need based on body weight. Or, a simple number to aim for is 120 ounces every day, whichever number is greater should be the aim.

How Much Water Do I NEED?

If you like to drink coffee, sodas, teas, you need even more than that to MAINTAIN hydration, so chances are you aren’t getting enough.

Sometimes I’ll have people set a reminder on their phones every hour to take a drink of water, or keeping a water journal to track it. There are lots of programs, ideas and apps you can use to get after it and stay consistent.

Just drinking water isn’t the only factor in staying hydrated though. Did you know that many of the fruits and vegetables we eat can help us to become better hydrated as well? Many people don’t realize that. Just another reason to get more fruits and vegetables every day.

It’s important to mention too that our skin is our largest living organ. They call our skin the 3rd kidney. So for quality, I’m not just talking about the water you drink, but also what you bathe in needs to be good quality too because our skin absorbs everything in our water. Many people don’t realize or at least don’t remember that when taking chemical filled showers.

Anyways, I hope this information has been helpful for you. I’m going to be making more stuff like this, so If you have anything in particular you want me to be discussing please shoot me a message. Otherwise, follow, share, and please like our pages.

Thank for watching, and keep smiling!
