2 c. dry old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/3 c. coconut flakes
1 c. peanut butter (can sub almond butter)
1 c. ground flax
½ c. semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. honey
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed.
2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Remove from refrigerator and roll into balls.
4. Recipe should make about 24 energy balls.
