16 ounces plain greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large shallot, (2 tbsp. minced)
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1 tsp. Dried dill
½ tsp. Sea salt
¼ tsp. Black pepper

1. Finely mince garlic and shallot.
2. Mix together all ingredients and serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
