Ingredients
½ c. olive oil
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. onion flakes
½ tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard
2 pork tenderloins
1 lb. red potatoes, halved or quartered
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine spices, garlic, onion flakes and olive oil in a bowl.
3. Put pork in a 9×13 baking dish and drizzle with ¾ of spices/oil mixture.
4. Toss potatoes with remaining ¼ of spices/oil mixture.
5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until 160 degrees and potatoes are tender.
6. Let pork stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Enjoy!
