Ingredients
6 pork chops
1 can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2, 8 oz tomato sauce
¼ c. dry cooking sherry (or white wine works well too)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. parsley
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. black pepper
Directions
1. Put onion, garlic and tomatoes in bottom of crockpot and stir.
2. Add pork chops to crockpot, layer if necessary.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
4. Pour sauce over top of pork chops. If you have layered pork chops, you may want to layer the sauce as well.
5. Cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
