1.5 lb. ground beef
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ onion, minced
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1.5 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. flour (or almond flour if gluten free)

1. Combine all ingredients except beef in a large bowl, whisk together.
2. Add ground beef and mix well with your hands.
3. Form into hamburger patties and grill to desired doneness.
4. These can be served with a lettuce wrap, regular bun or a sweet potato bun (see separate recipe).
