1 large sweet potato
Olive oil
Garlic salt
Garlic pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Peel sweet potato with a potato peeler.
3. Slice sweet potato to 1/8” thick slices (I use a mandolin).
4. Lay sweet potato slices out on baking sheet and baste with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over top of slices.
5. Flip slices over and repeat basting and spicing.
6. Cook for 15 minutes and flip. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
