2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp. honey (preferably local)
2 tbsp. paprika
½ tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. tamari soy sauce

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the honey, paprika, salt, soy sauce and mix well.
3. Dip the salmon fillets in the mixture and cover well.
4. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Pour any leftover sauce over top of salmon fillets.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
