If you have had any sort of rotator cuff injury, or shoulder issues, this simple routine may help you as much as it has me. I tore my labrum and rotator cuff in a rugby match in chiropractic college. Even with some of the best chiropractic and physiotherapy in the world, it wasn’t getting better after 8 months. So I got a surgery and the exercises I show in this video are what helped me to get back to 100%. These work best if you already have full range of motion, and if you don’t you may need to be seen by a chiropractor. But in order to get these right, you just need a set of exercise bands. The ones I use at home and in the video are through amazon. Here is the link: https://amzn.to/3aqs7R3 If any of these cause discomfort please stop immediately. This is meant to help stabilize, and warm your joints up before an upper body workout. I hope these help you as much as they help me. Thank for watching, and keep smiling!
